The Creative Counsel/Vodacom

Turn key development of new field marketing division within TCC comprising the development and implementation of the strategy to service Vodacom customer base in the Pre-paid, FMCG and Informal channels.

Webcor Group/ International Softdrink Company– Angola

The Development of a Business Proposition and Strategic business plan for Webcor Group to become Regional Anchor Bottler for an International CSD Company in West Africa followed by an implementation program was the focus of this project.

Dragonfly’s scope covered an in depth study of the Angolan market, and a fully fledged Business Plan for a Greenfield Bottling Plant, including a market profile, strategic planning, bottling plant proposition, investment plan, 5 year P&L and route to market plan. In addition to the Angolan project, Webcor has also used Dragonfly’s services in Namibia, where the Group recently set up a new Distribution Company. The project covered the assessment of the Namibian beverage market, and a bottling plant proposition, including equipment specification and quotes.
