DFSI (Pty) Ltd is currently under the leadership of Andre Homann. He has held various senior management positions in the Cold Chain in the early part of his career mainly in the marketing and sales disciplines.

During his career with SABMiller he moved into general management and was Director for Kgalagadi Beverages (Coca-Cola) in Botswana before joining Coca-Cola Sabco as General Manager in South Africa and finally as Group Marketing Manager for Southern Africa. He joined Namibia Breweries as the Managing Director of the South African operation in 2000.

Andre moved into his own business in 2005. He holds an IMM Dip qualification and successfully completed the Wits EDP.
