DFSI (Pty) Ltd utilises an association resource model, thereby customising the skills requirement for each assignment through a network of specialised and highly skilled personnel. We have a distinct bias towards hands on, operational experience with our associates. Whilst our clients enjoy the relevant skill sets, all the account management functions remain the responsibility of DFSI (Pty) Ltd ensuring quality and consistency of the project deliverables.

Our model allows for both a holistic business strategy development and subject specific strategic interventions such as market research, route to market, brand and consumer activation, field marketing, logistics, production, human resources, standards and performance management structures, corporate governance and measurement “tools” to ensure results.

We leverage the Organisational Intelligence (OQ) in companies, combined with “break- through” facilitation thinking to confirm the desired strategic direction. Our primary focus is to “operationalise” the strategy and provide the organisation with a measureable “toolkit” that “tracks” the ongoing success of the journey towards realising the company Vision.

We aim to “join the dots” between Company, Customer and Consumer that ensures exponential growth for the Company, its People and Products/Services.

Our process is based on full engagement with the Organisation’s management team and whilst our primary objective is to deliver against the agreed project  outputs, we target and value very highly the empowerment of people through process knowledge and skills, building of the Organisational leadership to ensure total ownership and long term sustainability of the desired Strategic direction.
